Max Tow Right and Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensors Inoperable Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs):
• C003A-62 - Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Signal Compare Failure.
• C0037-62 - Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Signal Compare Failure.
• C003A-2F - Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Signal Erratic.
• C0037-2F - Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Signal Erratic. Customers may experience one or more of the following:
• The check engine light illuminates.
• The ABS light illuminates.
• The traction control light illuminates.
• The forward collision warning lamps light illuminates.
• The 4WD unavailable message on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).
• Vehicle might not shift from drive to park or vice versa. The vehicle safe hold systems are in place if the vehicle does not shift to park.
• Vehicle will not shut off. This bulletin involves replacing both rear wheel speed sensors.
