Browsers may send anonymous performance ratings, retained as daily aggregates for up to 90 days. Worksheet entries stay in the browser tab and are not uploaded. Aggregate weekly reports are emailed to the site owner through Cloudflare; the owner controls email-copy retention.
We store aggregate daily page requests, broad referrer categories and browser/bot classifications for up to 90 days. These counts are not unique visitors or verified AI citations. These statistics exclude IP addresses, full referrer URLs and search queries. Hosting providers may separately process technical logs.
Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to provide and measure advertisements, subject to your region and consent choices.
Cloudflare hosts password authentication for editors; salted password hashes and expiring sessions are stored in D1. Administrator sessions use an HttpOnly cookie. AI provider keys are encrypted on the server; only editor-submitted notes are sent for drafting. Authentication endpoints use short-lived hashed rate-limit identifiers.
