• B3A11-00 - A/C Refrigerant Expansion Valve Actuator Control Circuit Performance. Customers may experience one or more of the following:
• Low/weak 12V battery or a no start condition.
• Vehicle unable to charge while key off. This bulletin involves reprogramming the **HCP/AHCP** to the latest available software.
