P2B28-00 - Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Coolant Pump Performance. Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: ? Reduced engine restart performance. ? May observe battery lamp illumination or the technician observes the 12V system voltage high when diagnosing. This bulletin involves reprogramming the HCP also known as Power Inverter Module (PIM) with the latest available software.
