Reprogram the ECM, if applicable. ï‚· - The ECM reprogram in this Service Procedure is not a repair for the DTC, but instead updates the way the permanent DTC is stored and allowed to be erased. The DTC must be properly diagnosed and repaired before the reprogram is applied.
