Flash: Integrated Dual Charging Module (IDCM) Updates *Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):
• B23AF-73 - OBCM Fault - Actuator Stuck Closed.** Customers may**also** experience one or more of the following:
• **Red charging light blinks on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC).**
• Vehicle will not start and needs to be jump started as 12v battery drained.
• Vehicle will not charge This bulletin involves reprogramming the IDCM with the latest software available.
