This Preliminary information communicates to the field how to address a condition where the lightening control module locks up and causes the exterior lighting flickering every 8 seconds and you will notice the windshield wipers and the turn signal/click clack noise will pause momentarily followed by DTC: P0607 and the software update to address this issue.
