This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about an intermittent concern for Service Keyless Entry message displayed in the Driver Information Center. Technician may find a Diagnostic Trouble Code B3124. Technician should inspect the trunk area for objects that may block the reception of the Rear Compartment Antenna.
