This bulletin provides information for when the drive system cannot be activated and/or the vehicle does not start, the message "Electrical system fault: please contact workshop" is displayed, the charging connector is displayed as locked although it is not plugged in and/or the charging connector cannot be unlocked and DTC U019B00 may be stored in the Hybrid battery management control module.
