What does this code mean?
The lock-up clutch does not achieve the expected operating result. The wording may mention a circuit, but the failure is not necessarily electrical: hydraulic pressure loss or mechanical damage can cause the observed performance. Honda documents a cracked lock-up piston on a specifically identified Accord application.

Confirm transmission type and capture lock-up command, slip data and related codes using the vehicle's procedure. For the Honda example, check VIN eligibility and current coverage with Honda; the 2023 bulletin does not establish that a vehicle is still under warranty today.
