Digital Key Control Module (DKCM) Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle may SYMPTOM: exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):
• B22A9-00 - ECU Internal Performance. The customer may also comment on one or more of the following:
• The Digital Key is successfully paired; however, Lock/Unlock, Panic, and Remote Climate buttons are not displayed in the phone wallet, despite the device being eligible for these features.
• Vehicle proximity/welcome lights activate excessively when the customer is near the vehicle while carrying their paired phone.
• Customer is unable to add the Digital Key to the vehicle.
• Customer is unable to pair their phone within the Digital Key application.
• The Digital Key tile is not visible in the vehicle radio interface.
• The Digital Key tile is not visible in the GMA App (RAM App).
• Customer has accepted the FOTA update multiple times, but the Digital Key (SPAAK) capability was not enabled or delivered to the vehicle. This bulletin involves reprogramming the DKCM with the latest available software.
