Transmission Oil Pump - Service Transmission Message Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination, and the vehicle must SYMPTOM: exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):
• U0287-00 - Lost Communication With Transmission Fluid Pump Module 1. Customers must also comment on one or more of the following:
• The Engine Stop/Start (ESS) is disabled.
• “Service Transmission” message is displayed on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). This bulletin involves replacement of the Transmission Electric Oil Pump and reprogramming the TCM with the latest available software
