Upon investigation the Technician may observe on a scan tool DTC B3031 00: Security System Controller In Learn Mode set. This may be caused by the improper installation of an aftermarket Secure-Idle ignition switch bypass device designed to provide all of the electrical functions that the OEM ignition switch normally provides
