這是第 1 汽缸列 B 凸輪軸過度提前或性能異常的故障碼。在所引應用中，B 對應排氣凸輪軸，P0011 則對應進氣側。正時控制異常可能涉及致動機構，不一定是位置感知器；不能僅憑此碼確定故障部件。
