控制器發現第 1 汽缸列的 A 凸輪軸正時過度提前，或未達到預期控制狀態。在所引福特與通用資料中，這對應進氣凸輪軸。第 1 汽缸列包含第 1 缸，實際位置依引擎而定。此碼本身不能認定凸輪軸位置感知器損壞。
