The wheel, located at the top of the steering shaft, which the driver uses to steer the vehicle.

Glossary “steering wheel centering” Definition:
The procedure of turning both tie-rod couplings equally in the proper direction to correctly position the steering-wheel spokes (clear vision), and placing the steering gears on their high (center) position.
