Circular-stemmed device used to control the flow or air/fuel mixture in and the flow of burned gasses out of the engine. Any device that controls the flow of liquids or vapors. May be started, stopped or regulated by a maovable parts opening, shutting or partially obstructing one or more parts or passageways.
