Flash: Global Telematics Box Module (TBM) Updates Customers may experience the following and the vehicle must exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs):
• B22A9-96-ECU Internal Performance-Component Internal Failure.
• B1560-11-Cellular Antenna 1-Circuit Short To Ground.
• B1560-13-Cellular Antenna 1-Circuit Open.
• B1561-11-Cellular Antenna 2-Circuit Short To Ground.
• B1561-13-Cellular Antenna 2-Circuit Open.
• B1562-14-GPS Antenna-Circuit Short To Ground Or Open. NOTE: The above Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) set in the TBM.
• U0499-00-Invalid Data Received From Telematic Control Module "A". NOTE: This DTC sets in the Body Control Module (BCM). NOTE: Do not replace the BCM or TBM for this DTC. Customers may also experience one or more of the following:
• Radio display UCONNECT BOX REQUIRES SERVICE message. This bulletin involves reprogramming the TBM with the latest available software.
